The Chief justice of Nigeria (CJN), Mahmud Mohammed will today unveil the trophy of the 22nd edition of the Chief Justice of Nigeria games by 3pm at the High court headquarters.
The opening ceremony of the CJN games is slated to commence on august 31 as athletes from the 36 state of the federations are in Lokoja to grace the sporting event
Mahmud will visit the high court in Lokoja to inspect the jerseys, trophy and other facilities of the court before proceeding to the confluence stadium to witness the opening match.
It will be recalled that the chief judge of Kogi, Justice Nasiru Ajanah said that the state is fully ready to host the 22nd edition of the chief justice of Nigeria (CJN) games.
The chief judge expressed delight over the level of preparedness, quality and states of the facilities stressing that it was the first time the state would be hosting such a major event.
He said the athletes would compete in 11 different games, adding that the state government has put in place the facilities for a successful hosting of the games.
